How to use three-phase isolating transformer safely

1、 The three-phase barrier Transformer has primary and secondary coils. It makes the secondary side live through the magnetic circuit, and does not directly connect with the central point grounding system of the primary power supply side. Therefore, it has a good electrical function of grounding resistance.

2、 When the electrical equipment shell leakage, no matter which end of the secondary coil to the electrical shell path, will not form a personal electric shock. The primary and secondary of the transformer are equipped with fuse. The iron core and metal shell of the transformer are connected to the ground firmly, which has shielding effect and anti-interference function. It is used as a safe power supply for instruments and electric hand tools.

3、 The voltage of the transformer can be selected according to the needs. The general specifications are single-phase 220 / 220 V, 220 / 36 V, 380 / 220 v. Three phase 380 / 380 V, 380 / 220 V, 380 / 36 v. Special attention should be paid to the total capacity of the barrier transformer. The capacity of safety barrier transformer is 0.1-15kva. When connecting three hole safety socket in rural family, the grounding end of electrical socket should be connected to the zero line of three-phase four wire system, so as to achieve the purpose of maintaining zero connection. It can be used in the maintenance of household appliances, such as washing machines, refrigerators, etc. Because these household appliances work in a humid environment, its metal shell is easy to generate electric leakage. But using this method needs to connect the ground terminal of the socket directly to the zero line before entering the household.
